All readings, guidance sessions, and spiritual services offered by The Silver Mystic are provided for entertainment, personal reflection, and general guidance purposes only.
By booking a session, you confirm that you understand and accept these limitations.
Booking requests submitted via our website are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
We reserve the right to end a session immediately if a client behaves in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
All orders placed through our shop are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm your order by email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of ordering.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to personalised, custom-made, or perishable items, or to digital downloads once accessed.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Silver Mystic shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of this website, our services, or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service or product.
